Who We Are
In June 2017, God spoke to us about planting a church in the heart of Houston, what would become Eternal Rock Church. Just a few months later, Hurricane Harvey struck our city. We immediately stepped into action, partnering with a local church to coordinate supplies, mobilize volunteers, and support relief efforts across Houston. As we helped tear out drywall and deliver resources, we began to see that the city’s greatest needs weren’t just physical. Many were battling deeper storms, depression, financial instability, broken families, and emotional pain. It became clear: Houston didn’t just need recovery from a hurricane. It needed hope, healing, and a community that would walk with people for the long haul.
Out of that season, God gave us a blueprint: Eternal Rock Church, a local church mobilized to be His hands and feet in the city. A place to serve, to love, and to restore what’s been broken.

We believe we grow stronger together. Eternal Rock is a community of believers, united in fellowship, faith, and purpose. As the Bible says, “iron sharpens iron.” Through authentic connection, we grow closer to God and to one another.
Our Vision
Eternal Rock exists to help build a great city for all people through a movement of the gospel that brings personal conversion, community formation, social justice, and cultural renewal to Houston and through it the world—moving towards Christ in discipleship, towards calling in service, and towards community in fellowship.
Our Values
We deeply value authentic relationships. Through fellowship, we grow in faith and in our walk with God. We are guided by the Word of God and led by the Holy Spirit. We extend grace to the lost and broken, leading those without hope to the life-changing hope of Jesus Christ.
